The preparation of water for use in Zhiyao should comply with the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in pharmaceutical production, including system design, material selection, preparation process, storage, distribution, and use. The water-making system must be validated and establish routine monitoring, testing, and reporting systems with comprehensive original records for review. The Zhiyao water system should be periodically cleaned and disinfected, with disinfection methods such as thermal treatment or chemical treatment. The disinfection methods used and the removal of disinfectants after chemical treatment should be validated.

Equipment Structure:

Zhishao purified water equipment typically consists of pretreatment system, reverse osmosis system, post-treatment system, storage system, and control system. The pretreatment system is responsible for preliminary treatment of raw water, such as filtration and chlorine removal; the reverse osmosis system is the core, removing impurities from raw water through reverse osmosis membranes; the post-treatment system further processes the reverse osmosis effluent, such as disinfection and deoxygenation; the storage system is used to store purified water after treatment; and the control system is responsible for the automation and monitoring of the entire equipment.
