Ceramic membrane tubes are densely perforated with micropores. Under pressure, raw material liquid flows within or outside the membrane tube. Small molecule substances (or liquids) pass through the membrane, while large molecule substances (or solids) are retained by the membrane, achieving separation, concentration, purification, and environmental protection. The flat ceramic membrane plate is also densely perforated with micropores. Depending on the membrane pore size within a certain range, the permeability varies with the diameter of the permeating substance molecules. Driven by the pressure difference between the two sides of the membrane, the membrane acts as the filtration medium. Under a certain pressure, when the feed liquid flows over the membrane surface, only water, inorganic salts, and small molecule substances are allowed to pass through the membrane, while large molecule substances such as suspended matter, gums, and microorganisms in the water are prevented from passing through.
