Animal husbandry laboratory wastewater treatment equipment
After-sales service for agricultural laboratory wastewater treatment equipment is crucial. Manufacturers must provide services such as equipment installation, commissioning, operation training, and regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper equipment operation. Additionally, timely maintenance services must be offered by the manufacturer to guarantee the reliability and stability of the equipment.

MUST supply energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment, tailored to the characteristics of laboratory wastewater, and provide customized services with a commitment to high-quality after-sales warranty to meet the needs of food laboratories for wastewater treatment equipment.
Processing Instructions:
Wastewater containing large suspended particles is blocked by a barrier and flows into a neutralization pond, where neutralization reactions occur, adjusting the pH of the wastewater to between 6 and 9. After the wastewater is treated with an emulsifying agent to coagulate it, it is then fed into an air flotation separator. In the separator, coagulation reactions take place, removing most SS, Oil, CODcr, and Color. The treated wastewater is then transferred to an intermediate tank. It is then pressurized and driven through a filter by a filtration pump, further removing SS and CODcr before entering a carbon adsorption tank. The fine particles and soluble substances are blocked and adsorbed by the packing material. After undergoing neutralization, sedimentation, suspended separation, filtration, and adsorption treatments, the effluent quality fully meets the discharge standards.

How Laboratory Wastewater Works:
Laboratory wastewater treatment equipment, also known as laboratory sewage treatment equipment, primarily utilizes coagulation, sedimentation, oxidation, and sterilization processes. It removes and disinfects bacteria, heavy metals, and other elements from wastewater.
It is understood that within the specified pH range, all microorganisms can be killed, including the reproductive bodies of various bacteria, bacterial spores, molds, and more. The operation of laboratory wastewater treatment equipment typically employs an automatic control system. You can automate the entire process and save on labor. No supervision is required. Each unit has a lifespan exceeding 30,000 hours, which is also a feature of laboratory wastewater treatment equipment.
