Step-by-step instructions for low-temperature distillation concentration equipment:

First, draw the waste liquid from the waste liquid drum. Simultaneously, heat the tank to create a vacuum. Under low temperature and pressure, the waste liquid evaporates to produce steam. If bubbles form, add defoamer during the heating process to prevent foam from affecting parameters. The steam rises and flows into the cooling system, becoming recycled water. This recycled water is then stored in the machine's cold water trough and transferred to an external recycled water drum. This entire process operates fully automatically, requiring no manual intervention. The water treated by the low-temperature evaporator can be reused, reducing energy consumption.
