Quankun Environmental Protection Low Temperature Evaporator Features: Simple process, high evaporation efficiency
Low-temperature heat pump evaporators, primarily used in zero-discharge wastewater projects such as nitrogen and phosphorus-containing wastewater, heavy metal-containing wastewater, etc.; wastewater concentration, such as emulsion, cleaning tank liquid, waste alkali liquid, etc.; volatile acid recovery, such as hydrochloric acid recovery, etc.
Equipment Advantages:
Inlet and final outlet water temperatures are both at room temperature, significantly reducing energy consumption.
(2) The entire process utilizes only electrical power, with energy consumption as low as 80~170 yuan per ton of wastewater.
(3) The evaporation equipment operates at a low temperature throughout, with the system temperature around 55℃.
Product Features:
A new vacuum evaporation concentration method utilizes compressed steam for condensation, simultaneously harnessing the heat generated during steam compression as the heat source for wastewater evaporation.
Pressure Reduction and Low-Temperature Evaporation Equipment:
Efficiently separates solid and liquid, separating suspended solids, colloidal matter, and microorganisms from the biological unit losses in wastewater from purified water. The separation process is simple, requires minimal space, produces high-quality effluent, and typically does not require further tertiary treatment for reuse.
2 Maintains high biomass concentration within the biological treatment unit, enhancing volumetric loading, while its low-temperature evaporation separation capability shortens the hydraulic retention time of the treatment unit, and correspondingly reduces the footprint of the low-temperature evaporator. 3 Prevents various chemical reactions from boiling at high temperatures, allowing smooth progress of various metabolic processes within the system.
4 Increases the retention time of some large molecular weight organic compounds, facilitating their decomposition.
5-Membrane treatment technology, like other filtration and separation techniques, experiences clogging of the membrane as a filtering medium over time during operation. The water flux through the membrane gradually decreases with operating time. Effective backwashing and chemical cleaning can slow down the decline in membrane flux, maintaining the effective service life of the MBR system.
