Ultrasonic Cleaning Waste Water Source:
Using ultrasonic cleaning agents and ultrasonic energy as the cleaning force source, the cleaning process includes thermal immersion washing or spray washing — ultrasonic cleaning — cold rinsing — ultrasonic rinsing — hot and cold pure water rinsing — hot air drying, etc. This cleaning process generates oily and impure wastewater.
Based on the characteristics of the wastewater from ultrasonic cleaning, such wastewater can be treated using conventional wastewater treatment processes.
Use air floatation to separate oil from the ultrasonic cleaning wastewater.
Add CaCl2, PAM, and PAC to the wastewater after oil separation for coagulation and sedimentation.
3. Filter wastewater.
4. Treated wastewater is processed using the biological contact oxidation method. The traditional chemical dosing and air flotation process is suitable for large volumes of cleaning wastewater. If the volume is small and the wastewater quality is unstable, the operation of the chemical dosing and air flotation process can be challenging. If the ultrasonic cleaning wastewater generated by the enterprise is only a few hundred tons annually, our independently developed evaporation process can also be used. The cleaning wastewater can distill over 90% of distilled water through a low-temperature evaporator, which is reused for the cleaning line. The remaining approximately 10% concentrated liquid is outsourced for recycling and disposal to reduce the cost of outsourcing hazardous waste recycling. The low-temperature evaporation process offers advantages such as a short chain, high level of automation, ease of operation, stable effluent quality, low operation and maintenance costs, and a long service life.
