XinSu International's brand lithium-ion battery is a rechargeable battery where lithium ions move from the negative to the positive pole during discharge and back to the negative pole during charging. As lightweight lithium-ion battery packs can provide the same voltage as lead-acid batteries, the trend is that lithium-ion batteries are becoming a common substitute for lead-acid batteries.
XinSu International's lithium battery pack chargers are widely used in household electronic products, portable electronics, electric vehicles, scooters, UPS energy storage systems, golf carts, multipurpose vehicles, and the aerospace industry.
XinSu International's lithium battery charger utilizes a three-stage charging mode, including constant voltage, constant current, and trickle charging. During the constant current phase, the charger applies a constant current to the battery with a steadily increasing voltage until it reaches the voltage limit of each battery. In the constant voltage phase, the charger applies a voltage equal to the battery voltage multiplied by the number of batteries in series, as the current gradually decreases towards 0, until it reaches a set threshold of approximately 3% below the initial value, at which point the charging current remains constant. Trickle charging means charging a fully charged battery at a rate equal to its self-discharge rate, keeping the battery at its fully charged level; this state is always present when the battery is not being charged, as trickle charging will not maintain if the current is being drawn by a load, in which case the battery will charge. Batteries under continuous float voltage are also known as float charging.
