Construction hoist

Construction hoists (also known as external elevators, abbreviated as hoists) are widely used for vertical transportation of personnel and materials. They are indispensable as good transport equipment in industrial or residential buildings, large bridges, and shafts. They can also be used in various locations such as warehouses and tall buildings. This product offers stability, safety, and reliability compared to other lifting mechanisms, without the need for additional machine rooms or shafts. It is also easy to disassemble and transport, with strong flexibility. The SC200/200 Construction Elevator is a new product researched and designed by Shandong Fuyou Co., Ltd. The machine features a rational design, innovative structure, smooth operation, complete and reliable safety devices, and easy installation and maintenance. It primarily has the following characteristics:

1. Gear rack transmission ensures safety and stability.

2. Ensuring the safe operation of the elevator, safety switches such as overload and speed limit are installed in the circuit. In case of the aforementioned conditions during operation, the elevator will immediately automatically avoid any accidents. Each door on the hoist cage is also equipped with a limit switch. If any door is opened abnormally, the hoist cage will not start or will immediately stop running.

Each hoist cage is equipped with a fall arrest device, effectively preventing the cage from falling and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the elevator.

4. The lifting and lowering electric control system is simple in design, easy to operate and maintain, and reliable. During normal operation of the lift, the lift can be controlled for up and down movement using a handle or button within the hoist cage. The lift can be stopped at any desired position at any time. At the upper and lower terminal stations, the upper and lower terminal limit switches control automatic stopping. If the upper and lower terminal limit switches fail due to a fault, the limit switches installed on the lift will promptly disconnect the power to initiate braking.

5. The steel structure design has undergone scientific and rigorous calculations, meeting the requirements of rational structure, reliable strength, and light weight.

6. The elevator can self-install or dismantle the guide rail bracket using the pendant on the hoist cage. The other parts can be conveniently installed and dismantled, with components also easy to replace.
