SC100/100 Construction Elevator for Goods, featuring external gear rack engagement, rated load of 1 ton, and rated lifting height of 150 meters. Equipped with a progressive anti-fall safety device of national technology, it can keep the lifting cage stationary during a fall. The driving unit is located above the lifting cage, ensuring safety and ease of maintenance. With added reinforcing sections, the machine can reach a high operating height of 300 meters. 1. The entire unit is equipped with a portable, visually operable control system, facilitating elevator operation.

2. The transmission mechanism is driven by an electric motor, ensuring even distribution of force on the gears and racks for safe and stable operation.

3. Ensure the safe operation of the elevator by installing safety switches for overload and speed limitation in the circuit. In case of the aforementioned conditions during operation, the elevator immediately avoids any accidents. Each door on the hoist cage is also equipped with a limit switch; if any door opens abnormally, the hoist cage will not start or will immediately stop running.

4. Each hoist cage is equipped with a fall arrest device, which effectively prevents the cage from falling, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the elevator.

5. The lift's electrical control system is simple, easy to operate and maintain, and reliable. During normal operation, the lift can be remotely controlled from the control panel. It can stop at any desired location. At the upper and lower terminal stations, the upper and lower limit switches control automatic stopping. If the limit switches fail due to a fault, the lift's set limit switches can immediately cut off the power to brake the lift.

6. The steel structure design has been scientifically and meticulously calculated, meeting the requirements of rational structure, reliable strength, and light weight.

7. The elevator can self-install or dismantle the guide frame using the吊杆 on the hoist cage. The other parts can be easily installed and dismantled, and components are also easy to replace.
