SC100/100 Construction Hoist, featuring external gear rack engagement, rated load of 1 ton, and a lifting height of 150 meters. The SC100/100 material hoist is equipped with a progressive anti-fall safety device based on national technology, which can keep the hoist cage stationary during a fall. The drive unit is located above the cage, ensuring safety and ease of maintenance. With added reinforcing sections, the machine can reach a higher operating height of 300 meters. Widely used in construction projects such as industrial and residential buildings, bridge construction, underground work, large chimney construction, and shipbuilding, it is suitable for vertical material transportation and can also be used as an elevator in warehouses, tall buildings, and other locations.

1. The complete unit is equipped with a portable, visual control system, facilitating elevator operation.

2. The drive mechanism is motor-driven, ensuring even load distribution on the gear rack for safe and stable operation.

3. Ensures safe operation of the elevator with safety switches for overload and speed limit set in the circuit. In case of the aforementioned conditions during operation, the elevator immediately automatically avoids any accidents. Each door on the hoist cage is also equipped with a limit switch; if any door opens abnormally, the hoist cage cannot be started or will immediately stop running.

Each hoist cage is equipped with a fall arrest device, which effectively prevents the cage from falling and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the elevator.

5. The hoist's electrical control system is simple, easy to operate and maintain, and reliable. During normal operation, the hoist can be remotely controlled from the control panel, allowing for immediate stopping at any desired parking position. At the upper and lower terminal stations, the upper and lower terminal limit switches control automatic stopping. If the upper and lower terminal limit switches fail due to a fault, the emergency stop switches on the hoist can promptly cut off power to engage the brakes.

6. The steel structure design has undergone scientific and rigorous calculations, meeting the requirements of reasonable structure, reliable strength, and light weight.

7. The elevator can self-install or dismantle the guide rail frame using the lifting arm on the hoist cage. The other parts can be easily installed and removed, and components are also easy to replace.
