Construction Elevator

Construction hoists (also known as external elevators, abbreviated as hoists) are widely used for the vertical transportation of personnel and materials. They are indispensable as good transport equipment in industrial or civil construction, large bridges, and shafts. They can also be used in various settings such as warehouses and tall buildings. This product offers stability, safety, and reliability compared to other lifting mechanisms, and it doesn't require additional machine rooms or shafts. It is also easy to disassemble and transport with strong flexibility. Particularly, it plays a significant role in reducing labor intensity for construction workers, accelerating project progress, and improving work efficiency.

The SC200/200 construction elevator is a new product independently researched and designed by Shandong Fuyou Co., Ltd. The machine features rational design, innovative structure, smooth operation, complete and reliable safety devices, and convenient installation and maintenance. It mainly has the following characteristics:

1. Gear and rack transmission for safe and smooth operation.

2. Ensure the safe operation of the elevator with safety switches such as overload and speed limit installed in the circuit. In the event of the aforementioned conditions during operation, the elevator will immediately automatically avoid any accidental accidents. Each door on the hoist cage is also equipped with a limit switch; if any door is abnormally opened, the hoist cage cannot be started or will immediately stop operating.

Each hoist cage is equipped with a fall arrest device, which effectively prevents the cage from falling and ensures the safe and reliable operation of the elevator.

4. The lifting and lowering electrical control system is simple, easy to operate and maintain, and reliable. During normal operation of the lift, it can be controlled by hand柄 or buttons inside the cage, allowing for immediate stopping at any desired position. At the upper and lower terminal stations, the upper and lower terminal limit switches control automatic stopping. If the upper and lower terminal limit switches fail due to a fault, the emergency stop switches installed on the lift will promptly disconnect the power to engage the braking system.

5. The steel structure design has undergone scientific and rigorous calculations, achieving the requirements of reasonable structure, reliable strength, and light weight.

6. The elevator can install or dismantle the guide rail frame by itself using the lifting arm on the hoist cage. The other parts can be easily installed and dismantled, and components are also easy to replace.
