Our newly developed C54400 alloy rod, a machinable tin phosphorus bronze, is developed in accordance with international standards. It incorporates elements of lead and other alloying elements (up to 3.5%~4.5% lead content) into the conventional tin phosphorus bronze, maintaining excellent mechanical properties while also offering superior machinability and wear resistance (four times the machinability of standard tin phosphorus bronze).
Products made from this material meet high processing precision and surface smoothness requirements, are corrosion-resistant, and easy to weld. Suitable for manufacturing precision-machined parts and transmission components with high wear resistance.
