Beryllium nickel copper is a supersaturated solid solution copper-based alloy that combines excellent mechanical, physical, chemical, and corrosion-resistant properties in a non-ferrous alloy.
After solution heat treatment and aging, it boasts high strength limits, elastic limits, yield limits, and fatigue limits comparable to special steels; it also features high conductivity, thermal conductivity, hardness, wear resistance, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Broadly used in the production of various die inserts, replacing steel for high-precision, complex-shaped mold welding electrode materials, die casting machines, injection molding punch heads, and wear and corrosion-resistant workpieces.
