Product Description
This series of equipment offers flexibility, allowing you to choose between single or dual station configurations (dual stations can operate independently), with a wide range of applications.
(2) The structure features a four-column three-plate design, with the vertical precision of the movable plate controlled by four precision guide bushes. The parallel precision between the lower working surface and any point on the upper working surface is within 0.05MM.
(3) Automatic counting function, featuring manual and semi-automatic control modes. Manual operation allows the press mold to stop at any travel range, equipped with an emergency return button.
(4) Customers can independently adjust the pressure, compression stroke, holding time, and closure height, making operation convenient.
(5) The equipment body is equipped with foot cups below, facilitating the leveling of the body with the ground.
(6) Optional servo model with digital position and pressure display, digital adjustment, and memory function for production parameters.
