The high-pressure molding machine is primarily composed of a hydraulic press and a heating device, which is made up of carbon fiber heating tubes. Generally, these have a long lifespan and are not prone to burning out. However, if the heating plate vibrates, it can easily damage the heating tubes. Therefore, the cylinder that pushes the heating plate must have the damping section properly adjusted; otherwise, the cylinder may vibrate. This is why some machines have their heating tubes fail within a week, while others can last up to six months—due to this reason. The high-pressure molding machine undergoes monthly maintenance, tightening loose areas to prevent the heating tubes from burning out. It is driven by hydraulic power, operates smoothly, delivers even output, and is equipped with molds to solve a series of related technical issues for customers.
