In addition to the plastic material structure, the precision of lamination directly affects yield and appearance. To achieve uniform product thickness and stable bonding, high requirements are placed on equipment temperature, pressure, and pressing accuracy. Equipment selection includes servo electric cylinder configuration, which can monitor actual pressure, stroke, and position in real-time. Temperature control utilizes a high-speed computing intelligent PID temperature control module.
Equipment Features
(1) Safety Components:
High-precision safety light grid to prevent accidental hand entry into the mold
The B-side door is equipped with a travel switch, which causes the equipment to stop immediately when the side door is opened.
The C equipment is equipped with a leakage protection switch to prevent electrical leakage accidents.
（2）Molding Function:
The equipment is equipped with a universal mold locking panel, which allows the selection of installation hole positions based on the product size.
(3) Parameter Storage Function:
Molds can be numbered for storage of production process parameters. Inputting the mold number allows for direct retrieval of equipment memory parameters for production, facilitating management.
(4) Equipment Functions:
1. The pressure speed and position can be adjusted at will, allowing for quick downward pressure when the product is not in contact, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
2. Pressure is adjustable and the actual pressure is displayed in real-time.
3. Individual mold top and bottom PID intelligent temperature control.
4. Molding frame parallelism is adjustable.
