2. Enhanced Maintenance and Operation: Multiple machines operating in parallel allow for centralized scheduling and distribution of active and reactive loads, ensuring convenient and timely maintenance and repairs.

3. Enhanced Economy: Appropriate numbers of low-power units can be deployed based on the size of online load, reducing fuel and oil waste associated with high-power units under low load conditions.

4. Future expansion with greater flexibility: Install power generation and parallel equipment only as needed, and add generator sets later when the company requires expanding the grid capacity. This allows for convenient connection of the expanded sets, making the initial investment more economical.

Generator set parallel operation scheme classification:

1. Manual and Parallel Operation: Utilizes lighting or a synchronization gauge for indication, this method is typically used in older diesel generator sets with mechanical speed control.

2. Semi-automatic Parallel Operation: Automatic parallel connection, manual disconnection, commonly used for primary or backup power supply in factories.

3. Automatic Parallel Operation: In the event of a power outage, two or more generators automatically start up, supply power to the load after parallel operation, automatically disconnect when the municipal power is restored, and the generators automatically shut down. Typically used as backup power for buildings.

4. Peak Load Synchronization (Full-Automatic Synchronization): Based on the automatic synchronization, it completes the automatic engagement and synchronization of multiple units, as well as the logical functions of automatic disengagement and shutdown of the units according to the change in load size.

5. Three Remote Control and Parallel System: A parallel system utilizing a dedicated single-chip microcomputer system for communication and connection between the parallel cabinet and the generator set with a PC.

The process of paralleling and derating in the normal operation of a generator set:

Set all selections on the operating screen to "Automatic," putting the generator set in an automatic standby state.

2. When a power grid failure occurs and the delay is confirmed, the 1# generator set (main unit) starts to be powered up.

3. The generator set will close the circuit 10 seconds (preset value, can be set arbitrarily) after normal operation, with power directly entering the busbar.

4. Once the 1# generator set reaches 70% of its rated power (adjustable), the 1# control cabinet sends an automatic start signal to the 2# generator set, at which point the 2# generator set begins to start up. The synchronization module will automatically detect the synchronization status of the 1# and 2# generator sets, and when they are synchronized, the circuit breaker of the 2# generator set will close, integrating the entire set into the power grid.

5. As the grid load gradually decreases, the units can be disconnected from the grid according to the actual load conditions, thereby shutting down and cooling down the excess power generation units. If the load suddenly increases after some units are disconnected, the control system will detect the increase in load. When the load increase reaches 70% (adjustable) of the operating units' load, the system will automatically start the next unit, connect it to the grid, and put it into service.

6. Once the municipal power grid resumes normal operation and after a delay confirmation, the generator load air circuit breaker is opened, allowing the generator set to continue running at no load for a period (settable for 3 minutes) to cool down the unit. After 3 minutes, the generator set is shut down, and all generator sets return to standby mode.

7. When the unit automatically synchronizes for parallel operation, the time synchronization does not exceed 3 seconds.
