


Body Structure: Both horizontal and vertical arms utilize imported high-rigidity linear slides. The extraction and vertical movement are facilitated by lightweight, high-rigidity aluminum alloy extruded beams, paired with linear bearings and high-rigidity bearing steel, meeting the requirements of fast extraction speed, high efficiency, minimal vibration, and long service life.
Double-jointed arm
Utilizing high-rigidity linear guides and aluminum alloy structural beams, the belt ratio mechanism is designed to significantly reduce the structural height of the upper and lower arms, requiring only half the stroke of the cylinders to achieve full travel. This not only enhances the speed and stability of the vertical movement but also suits low-ceilinged factory environments.
Pressure Testing
Automatically checks if the gas source pressure is sufficient; if not, it will automatically alert with a pressure insufficient display and pop up the anti-drop cylinder to prevent the arm from slipping down.
Arm Up/Down Servo
The product can be retrieved or stored at multiple points inside or outside the mold, allowing for stacking and arrangement actions during packaging.
