The VL1160 machining center is widely used in the precision CNC machining of parts for industries such as automotive, shipbuilding, locomotive, aerospace, machine tools, and mold-making. Features of Machining Centers:
All machine tool basic castings are made of resin sand castings, featuring strong and rigid rib layouts that are reasonably designed. They have undergone two artificial aging treatments, ensuring high load-bearing capacity, stability, and strength. The precision is stable and reliable, and they are stress-relieved to prevent deformation over time.
2. Utilizing imported P4 grade spindle bearings, which have been computer-balanced and run-in tested, ensuring axial and radial rigidity and processing precision. This guarantees the spindle's high reliability, long lifespan, low noise, minimal vibration, and high precision. Features include a quick tool removal with a pressurized cutting cylinder.
3. All three axes feature genuine Taiwan C3 precision ball screws, mounted with P4 grade bearings, ensuring both positioning and repeat positioning accuracy. Additionally, the three axes are equipped with original servo motors and spindle motors, featuring direct drive transmission to guarantee feeding precision under strong load-bearing capacity.
3. The linear guide rail utilizes imported rolling linear guide rail, featuring low sliding friction resistance, rapid movement speed, and quick feeding at微量 feed rates.
