The machine's design features two beds and one crossbeam, with the two columns moving on the two beds, thus making the machine relatively lightweight, reducing both machine cost and price.

Additionally, the moving beam CNC gantry milling machine is not restricted by the weight of the workpiece. The worktable of the moving beam CNC gantry milling machine is fixed on the ground, with no weight limit for the workpiece being processed. The drawback of the moving beam CNC gantry milling machine is that the workpiece precision is not high. Due to the pillars and beams of the moving beam CNC gantry milling machine moving on the bed, the processing power head is unstable, resulting in low workpiece precision. Consequently, this machine tool is only suitable for users with large and heavy workpieces and low processing precision.
