1. All machine tool base castings are made of resin sand casting, featuring strong and rigid ribbing with rational layout. They have undergone two artificial aging treatments, ensuring high load-bearing capacity, stability, and strength. The precision is stable and reliable, and the stress is relieved to prevent deformation over time.
2. Utilizes imported P4 grade spindle bearings, which have been computer-balanced and run-in tested to ensure axial and radial rigidity and machining accuracy. This guarantees the spindle's high reliability, long lifespan, low noise, low vibration, and high precision. Features a quick tool change with a pressurized tool holder cylinder.
3. All three axes are equipped with genuine Taiwan C3 precision ball screws, installed with P4 grade bearings to ensure precise positioning and repeatable positioning accuracy. Additionally, the three axes use original servo motors and spindle motors with direct drive transmission, ensuring feeding precision under strong load-bearing capacity.
