2. High rigidity bed with a tilt of 30° or 45°, cast iron resin sand molding, compact ribbed plate structure, excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. The large slider and tool holder are set at an angle, making the operation of the machine tool and chip removal very convenient, and it occupies less floor space, offering great user-friendliness.
3. The two-axis rotation is directly connected through a flexible coupling by a servo motor and a precision ball screw, offering good load-bearing conditions and high positioning accuracy. Equipped with a computerized automatic lubrication system for forced lubrication of the linear guide and ball screw.
4. The X-axis and Z-axis are equipped with high-rigidity linear guideways, with calculated optimal spacing between tracks for low resistance, high rigidity, and high precision. The displacement speed can reach 28m/min, enhancing work efficiency and shortening processing time.
