1. Utilizing a monoblock spindle, precision-grade import spindle bearings, and spindle servo motor drive for high precision, rigidity, and stable rotational speed. The finned spindle box design, equipped with symmetrical reinforcing ribs, effectively reduces the spindle temperature rise, enhances spindle stability, and extends bearing life.
2. The high-rigidity bed tilts at 30° or 45°, featuring cast iron resin sand casting and a compact ribbed plate structure for excellent rigidity and vibration resistance. The large slide and tool holder are set at an angle, making machine operation and chip removal convenient, and it occupies less floor space with great user-friendliness.
3. The two-axis rotation is directly connected via a servo motor and precision ball screw through an elastic coupling, offering good load-bearing conditions and high positioning accuracy. Equipped with a computerized automatic lubrication system for forced lubrication of the linear guide and ball screw.
The X and Z axes utilize high-rigidity linear guides with calculated optimal spacing between tracks, offering low resistance, high rigidity, and precision. The displacement speed can reach 28M/min, enhancing work efficiency and reducing processing time.
