Leybo Vacuum Pump Oil Common Models:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, maximizing the lifespan of the lubricant.
Low-carbon trend, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection performance and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 operating hours. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it is important to regularly check the color of the pump oil.)
Check the oil level sight glass. Replace the vacuum pump oil when the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white.
Selecting vacuum pump oil reasonably will be beneficial to the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Method
Grasp the drain valve with the gravity method, elevate the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow into the position of the rotating oil cap and drain out. After the old oil is completely drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) from the vacuum pump's oil filling port, flushing the internal cavity. Then, start the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and release the newly injected oil. If the released oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it becomes clean.
Then, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil marking line, and then tighten the filling cap.
