As the industry surges forward, vacuum technology plays a critical role, akin to vacuum drying and packaging in the food processing industry, vacuum extrusion and molding in the plastics and rubber sectors, vacuum water extraction in water treatment plants, and today's focus on scroll vacuum pumps is inextricably linked to these applications.


Vacuum is indispensable in industries such as vacuum filtration, distillation, impregnation, and electronic instruments in the chemical and textile sectors. Water is recycled within a short time frame. To ensure that the performance of the vacuum pump is not affected by the rise in water temperature, a cooling tower or radiator must be installed to maintain the circulating water temperature within an acceptable range.


When the garden affects the pressure of recycled water, an additional increase pump can be added to the pipeline to ensure sufficient water supply for the vacuum pump. Theoretically, a vacuum is a state of space where no substance exists.

With the smart control cabinet, vacuum pumps can be adjusted for on and off operation in real-time. This system can also be applied to the principle of scroll-type vacuum pumps.
