Lai Bo Vacuum Pump Oil Common Models:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, maximizing the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 and carbon slag.
Lower vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection performance and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 operating hours. (Note: In harsh operating environments, observe the pump oil color regularly.)
Check the oil level sight glass; if the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate full pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Method
Open the drain valve using gravity, raise the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the position of the oil drain screw. After the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) from the vacuum pump oil filling point to flush the interior of the vacuum pump chamber. Then, run the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and drain the newly added oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it becomes clean.
Then, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil mark, and then screw the filling cap back on.
