Matsumura Technical Specifications Sheet:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively prevents the formation of胶质 (resin) and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent wear protection performance and good anti-foaming, air release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil has a shelf life of up to 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
After the initial 500 hours of use, replace the pump oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 1000-1500 hours of operation. (Note: In harsh operating environments, observe the pump oil color frequently.)
Check the oil level sight glass. Replace the vacuum pump oil when the oil turns from yellow-brown to black or milky white.
Selecting vacuum pump oil reasonably will be beneficial to the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Procedure
1. Open the drain valve using the gravity method, lift the pump body oil tank to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the rotating oil cap position and drain. After the old oil is drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100-500mL) into the vacuum pump from the oil filling port, flush the internal cavity of the vacuum pump. Then, run the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn off the vacuum pump, and drain the newly injected oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it is clean.
Then, unscrew the drain valve, remove the oil fill cap from the oil filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil gauge line, and then tighten the oil fill cap.
