Matsumura Technical Specifications Sheet:

Product Performance:
Excellent antioxidant and thermal stability, significantly extending the service life of lubricants.
Low-carbon tendency, effectively preventing the formation of胶质 (viscous matter) and carbon slag.
Low vapor pressure and volatility ensure an appropriate vacuum level within the vacuum pump.
Excellent abrasion-resistant protective performance, along with good anti-foaming and air-release properties.
Cautionary Notes:
Vacuum pump oil can maintain its quality for 3-5 years under sealed conditions; unopened, it is guaranteed for 3 months.
* Replace pump oil after the first 500 hours of use of the new pump, and then every 1000-1500 hours thereafter. (Note: In harsh operating environments, it is important to frequently monitor the color of the pump oil.)
Check the oil level gauge. If the oil changes from yellow-brown to black or turns milky white, it's time to replace the vacuum pump oil.
Selecting the appropriate vacuum pump oil will greatly benefit the pump's ultimate differential pressure, ultimate total pressure, startup, power consumption, pump temperature, stability of pump performance, and the service life of the vacuum pump.
Vacuum Pump Oil Change Method
1. Open the drain valve using the gravity method, lifting the pump housing to allow the old oil in the vacuum pump to automatically flow to the rotating oil cap position for draining. After the old oil is completely drained, inject a small amount of clean vacuum pump oil (100~500mL) from the vacuum pump oil filling port to flush the interior of the pump cavity. Then, operate the vacuum pump for about 1 minute, turn it off, and drain the newly added oil. If the drained oil is still not clean, continue to inject new oil for flushing until it becomes clean.
Then, unscrew the oil drain valve, remove the oil filling cap from the filling hole, add new vacuum pump oil into the vacuum pump until the oil level reaches the oil mark, and then tighten the filling cap.
