The nXDS pump is an improved version of the traditional XDS pump, enhancing extraction speed while reducing pressure, power consumption, and noise - noise is only one twenty-first of other pumps. The gas-tight design allows for pumping condensable steam, including water, solvents, dilute acids, and alkalis. The nXDS pump also incorporates end-seal technology, significantly extending the time between end-seal replacements. An integrated variable-frequency inverter with automatic voltage input sensing delivers overall optimized pumping performance.
The nXDS pump can be fully repaired on-site. Its intelligent control features and a maintenance interval of up to five years result in a lower ownership cost.
Better work environment, lower environmental impact:
Quiet operation
Simple operation:
Intelligent and easy-to-use controls
Pollution-free and oil-free, no need for processing.
Sealed structure ensures a lubricant-free vacuum environment
Low ownership costs:
Extended maintenance intervals and low power consumption
Faster process:
Good steam treatment capability
Application
General cleaning pump delivery, Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), beamline, high-energy physics, preliminary turbine pump, high-speed centrifuge
Key Features and Advantages
No lubricant is required in the vacuum housing; complete sealing ensures thorough cleanliness and dry vacuum, preventing cross-contamination.
Axial seals from atmosphere to vacuum completely isolate the bearings, preventing process attacks, and enable the bearings to operate at lower temperatures for a longer service life.
A simple one-sided roller arrangement combined with innovative motor and bearing design allows for easy on-site service with minimal special tools, thereby reducing operational costs and maximizing normal running time.
Enhanced motor and transmission efficiency, reducing power consumption and operational costs.
The interface offers various traditional, analog, and digital control methods, which can be remotely controlled/monitored via USB, RS232, or RS485.
