Water Treatment Integrated Unit, based on operational experience with domestic wastewater treatment plants, combined with our scientific research achievements and engineering practice, we have designed an integrated organic wastewater treatment unit. The design of the Water Treatment Integrated Unit primarily focuses on the treatment of domestic wastewater, utilizing the mature biochemical treatment technology of contact oxidation as the main method. The sludge settled in the sedimentation tank of the Water Treatment Integrated Unit is transferred to the acidification sedimentation tank for further digestion, thereby minimizing the remaining sludge in the system. The working procedures of the main control equipment, such as fans and submersible pumps, are automatically adjusted to reduce manual labor and achieve automatic operation, while also minimizing unnecessary human damage. By adopting a contact oxidation process primarily for the removal of organic pollutants, we enhance the removal efficiency of pollutants and ensure that the effluent meets the discharge standards. Additionally, with the extended contact oxidation time, NH3-N can also be transformed while removing organic pollutants. The wastewater treatment system features a real-time water quality monitoring system, including flow rate, pH value, and residual chlorine, to facilitate timely monitoring of effluent quality and adjustment of equipment operation. The treatment system is modularized, making construction simple and convenient.
