The dust collector bag is the heart of the bag dust collector, commonly referred to as filter dust bags, dust removal bags, dust collection bags, dust accumulation bags, dust collector bags, and dust collector filter bags. The dust collector bag is a crucial component in the operation of the bag dust collector, typically suspended vertically in the dust collector in a cylindrical shape.
The structure of waste gas treatment equipment: The packed bed inside the spray tower serves as a mass transfer device for gas-liquid two-phase contact. The bottom of the packed tower is equipped with a support plate for the packing, which is placed in a random manner on the support plate. A packing plate is installed above the packing to prevent it from being blown by the rising gas flow. The acid mist spray tower spray liquid is sprayed onto the packing from the top of the tower through a liquid distributor and flows down along the surface of the packing. Gases are introduced from the bottom of the tower, distributed by the gas distribution device, and then continuously flow counter-currently through the voids in the packed bed with the liquid. On the surface of the packing, the gas and liquid phases closely contact for mass transfer. As the liquid flows down the packed bed, wall effects may occur, causing uneven distribution of the gas-liquid phases in the packed bed, thus reducing the mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, the packing bed inside the spray tower is divided into two sections, with a redistribution device placed in the middle, which redistributes the spray to the lower packing after re-distribution.
Bag Filter Classification:
The filter bags are mainly categorized into three shapes: circular, flat, and irregular.
1. Circular: The dust filter bags are cylindrical in shape. Their specifications are denoted by diameter × length, i.e., D×L (mm).
2. Flat: The dust collector filter bags are flat in shape, including rectangular and trapezoidal, with specifications indicated by perimeter × length, i.e., P × L (mm).
3. Non-standard Filter Bags: Special-shaped filter bags, with specifications denoted by the characteristic parameters of their construction.
The filtering methods are primarily divided into two types: internal filtration and external filtration.
1. Inside Filter Bag for Dust Removal: After the dusty gas is filtered through the inner surface of the filter bag, the dust particles are trapped on the inner surface of the bag. This type of filtration is known as inside filtration.
2. Outside Filter Dust Collector Bag: After the dusty gas is filtered through the outer surface of the filter bag, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the bag. This type of filtration is called outside filtration.
