Water Treatment Integrated Machine, based on the operational experience of domestic wastewater treatment systems, combined with our scientific research achievements and engineering practices, is a designed integrated organic wastewater treatment unit. The primary focus of the Water Treatment Integrated Machine is on the treatment of domestic wastewater, utilizing the currently mature biochemical treatment technique of contact oxidation as the main method. The sludge settled in the sedimentation tank of the water treatment integrated machine is transferred to the acidification sedimentation tank for further digestion, resulting in minimal residual sludge in the system. The operational procedures of the main control equipment, such as the fan and submersible pump, are automatically adjusted to reduce manual labor and ensure automatic operation, while also minimizing unnecessary human damage. By employing the contact oxidation process primarily for the removal of organic pollutants, the removal rate of pollutants is improved, ensuring that the effluent meets the discharge standards. Moreover, with the extended contact oxidation time, NH3-N can also be converted while removing organic pollutants. The wastewater treatment system features a real-time water quality monitoring system, including flow rate, pH value, and residual chlorine, to facilitate timely monitoring of effluent quality and adjustment of equipment operation status. The treatment system is modularized, making construction simple and convenient.
