Water Treatment Integrated Unit, based on the operational experience of domestic wastewater treatment plants, combined with our scientific research achievements and engineering practices, we have designed an integrated organic wastewater treatment facility. The primary focus of the Water Treatment Integrated Unit is on the treatment of domestic wastewater, utilizing a mature biochemical treatment technique—contact oxidation method. The sludge settled in the sedimentation tank of the water treatment integrated unit is transferred to the acidification sedimentation tank for further digestion, resulting in a minimal amount of residual sludge in the system. The operational procedures of the main control equipment, such as fans and submersible pumps, are automatically adjusted to reduce manual labor, achieve automatic operation, and minimize unnecessary human damage. By employing a contact oxidation process primarily aimed at removing organic pollutants, the removal efficiency of pollutants is enhanced, ensuring the effluent meets the discharge standards. Moreover, with the extended contact oxidation time, the conversion of NH3-N is also achieved while removing organic pollutants. The wastewater treatment system features a real-time water quality monitoring system, including flow rate, pH value, and residual chlorine, for timely monitoring of effluent quality and adjusting equipment operation. The treatment system is modularized, making construction simple and convenient.
