Water Treatment Integrated Unit, based on the operation experience of domestic wastewater treatment plants, combined with our scientific research achievements and engineering practice, we have designed an integrated organic wastewater treatment unit. The design of the water treatment integrated unit primarily focuses on the treatment of domestic wastewater, utilizing the currently mature biochemical treatment technology of contact oxidation as the main method. The sludge settled in the sedimentation tank of the water treatment integrated unit is transferred to the acidification sedimentation tank for further digestion, thus minimizing the remaining sludge in the system. The working procedures of the main control equipment such as fans and submersible pumps in the system are automatically adjusted to reduce the workload and achieve automatic operation, while also minimizing unnecessary human damage. By adopting a contact oxidation process primarily for the removal of organic pollutants, the removal rate of pollutants is improved, ensuring that the effluent meets the discharge standards. Moreover, with the extension of contact oxidation time, the conversion of NH3-N is also achieved while removing organic pollutants. The wastewater treatment system features a real-time water quality monitoring system, including flow rate, pH value, and residual chlorine, for timely monitoring of effluent quality and adjusting the equipment operation status. The treatment system is modularized, making construction simple and convenient.
