    How to Calibrate?

    The calibration of dust sensors in a test chamber can be either static or dynamic, depending on the type and application of the sensor. Since obtaining a known dynamic signal source is difficult, dynamic calibration is often based on static calibration.

    A long-term stable reference with higher precision than the sensor being calibrated is essential for calibration, and the precision of this reference must be calibrated using a higher-level standard, known as precision transfer.
