The Drone System Temperature Test Chamber can be used for temperature simulation tests on drones, including high and low temperature storage tests, and high and low temperature operation tests. Below, let's learn about the methods and requirements for high and low temperature tests related to drone systems.
UAV Temperature Testing Methods:
Test Equipment: Ring Gauge Instruments, Drone System Temperature Testing Chamber
Test Standards:
GB/T 44167-2024 General Requirements for Large Cargo Drone Systems
T/SDAQI023-2021 Specification for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Environmental Adaptability Tests
Test Process:
High-Temperature Testing
Drones, when powered on and in standby mode, should not exceed a temperature rise rate of 3℃/min inside the case. The temperature should reach 50℃±2℃ and maintain this high temperature for 4 hours during the test. During the test, the indicator lights of the tested equipment should display normally and the performance should be stable. After the test, a 1-hour recovery period should follow, during which the tested equipment should operate normally.
2. High-Temperature Storage Test
Drones, in an unpowered state, should not exceed a heating rate of 3°C/min inside the container. They must undergo a high-temperature storage test, heating to 60°C ±2°C and maintaining this temperature for 24 hours. After the test, a recovery period of 1 hour must be allowed, during which the tested equipment should operate normally.
3. Low-Temperature Testing
Drones, while in power-on standby mode, shall not exceed a cooling rate of 3℃/min inside the case. The cooling should reach -10℃±2℃ and maintain this low temperature for 4 hours during the test. During the test, the indicator lights of the tested equipment should display normally, and its performance should remain stable. After the test, a 1-hour recovery period should allow the tested equipment to operate normally.
4. Low-Temperature Storage Test
Drones, when not powered on, should maintain a cooling rate of no more than 3℃/min within the container, achieving a temperature of -30℃±2℃ and maintaining it for 24 hours. After the test, a 1-hour recovery period should follow, during which the tested equipment must operate normally.
