Disconnect power, check if the cabinet frame of the control cabinet is properly grounded, and ensure the grounding resistance is not greater than 4Ω.

2. The control cabinet contains voltages of different natures. When performing maintenance, it is essential to identify the circuits to prevent short-circuit accidents.

3. All electrical switches on the control cabinet should operate smoothly and reliably, with no noticeable noise. Connections and terminals should not be loose, and there should be no wire breaks at the junctions where the moving contacts are connected.

4. Clean dust from the screen panel inserts and all electromagnetic switch components with a soft brush or blow dryer. Also, inspect the condition and contact of the electrical switch contacts inside the control cabinet, the insulation of the coil surfaces, and the reliability of the mechanical components' operation.

When replacing fuses, ensure the fuse rating matches the circuit's current.
