Combination cold storage is specifically designed and manufactured for seed propagation, tea storage, tobacco processing, food processing, meat, poultry, rabbits, frozen eggs, vegetables, ice cream, fish, shrimp, and other general merchandise supermarkets, white liquor brewing, product storage, and scientific research. It features refrigeration, dehumidification, heating, and humidification functions, ensuring precise control over air temperature and humidity regulation.

Composite cold storage materials innovative

Combined cold storage panels are available in: fiberglass, stainless steel, and color steel. The panels are made using rigid polyurethane insulation material and advanced foam technology, all in one process. They can be freely combined in various sizes, featuring light weight, high strength, excellent heat insulation performance (R≥0.024Kcal/m·h·℃), corrosion resistance, and aging resistance (fiberglass only starts to age after 15 years of immersion in the East China Sea). They are also termite-proof, non-toxic, and non-moldy, and their superiority is even more pronounced at ultra-low temperatures.

The combined cold storage boasts superior thermal insulation properties, rapid cooling speed, and extended insulation duration. Compared to other cold storage units, it saves energy by 30-40%.

Series Matching: Professionally produced cold storage panels and walls, offering a series with strong interchangeability, allowing for a variety of configurations in storage rooms. This convenience maximizes the use of existing site and building space. Storage temperatures range from ±5℃ to -10℃ to -18℃, with special cold storage reaching below -30℃ to meet different requirements. Available in two main types: indoor and outdoor, with configurations including single, double, and suite rooms; the storage rooms are equipped with suspended ceiling coolers and two ducting options to choose from.

Easy assembly and disassembly of the cold storage: The cold storage panels are connected with internal pre-buried pieces, making assembly, disassembly, and transportation convenient. The installation and commissioning time is short, with an installation cycle of 1/3 to 1/20 of a civil engineering cold storage. For medium and small-sized cold storage, delivery for use is generally within 3 to 5 days, which is particularly suitable for mobile units and remote areas.
