QJB Series Submersible Agitator
Usage:
The QJB model submersible mixer is divided into two main series: mixing and low-speed thrust flow.
The Mixed Series Agitators are suitable for mixing suspended liquid in wastewater treatment plants and industrial processes.
Low-speed Turbulator Series Mixers are suitable for industrial and urban wastewater treatment plant aeration basins, generating a strong water flow with low tangential velocity, which can be used to create water currents for circulation and stages such as nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal.
Application Range:
The mixer should be able to operate continuously under the following conditions:
1. Maximum medium temperature does not exceed 40°C.
The pH value of the 2 medium is between 5~9.
3 Liquid density does not exceed 1150kg/m3;
4 Long-term underwater operation, diving depth generally does not exceed 20m。
Performance Features:
Tightly structured, easy to operate and maintain, convenient for installation and inspection, and long service life.
The impeller features an excellent hydraulic design structure with high work efficiency. The swept-back blades have self-cleaning capabilities, preventing debris entanglement and blockages.

Selection Considerations:
Selecting the right submersible mixer is a complex task, as the correctness of the selection directly affects the normal operation of the equipment. The principle of selection should be to ensure that the mixer performs its mixing function fully within the appropriate volume, usually determined by flow rate. According to the different process requirements of the wastewater treatment plant, the optimal flow rate for the mixer should ensure that0.15~0.3 m/s range; flow rates below 0.15 m/s won't achieve proper mixing, and rates above 0.3 m/s may impair process efficiency and lead to waste. Therefore, prior to selection, first determine the application of the submersible mixer, such as: wastewater sump, sludge sump, or biochemical pond; then consider the medium parameters, including: suspended solids content, viscosity, temperature, and pH level; as well as the pool's shape and water depth.
