Usage:

GSHZ Type Rotating Grating Screen Dewatering Machine (also known as "Solid-Liquid Separator"), widely used in urban sewage treatment plants, waterworks, pumping stations, and power plant intake areas, automatically intercepts and removes floating matter from the water to ensure the normal operation of subsequent processes; it can also be used for solid-liquid separation in textile, dyeing, slaughtering, leather making, papermaking, sugar production, winemaking, and food processing.

Working Principle:

    The equipment is bySpecial tines made of ABS engineering plastic, nylon, or stainless steel, arranged in a certain sequence on a tine shaft to form a closed tine chain, are mounted below the water in the inlet channel. As the drive system rotates the sprocket at a constant, directional speed, the entire tine chain moves from top to bottom, separating solid debris from the liquid. The fluid flows out through the gaps between the tines, with the entire operation continuously ongoing.

    Due to the unique structural shape of the teeth, as the rake teeth chain carries debris to the top for reverse movement, a relative self-cleaning motion is generated between the front and rear rakes, prompting the debris to fall off under gravity.The equipment's rear can be fitted with a rotating cleaning brush to further clean debris trapped in the rake teeth.
