One, Specification of High-Temperature Test Chamber for Lithium-Ion Batteries:

1. Internal dimensions: 1000 (width) x 1000 (depth) x 1000 (height) mm (Custom sizes available!)

2. External dimensions approx.: 1355 (width) x 1705 (depth) x 1855 (height) mm, actual product measurement applies.

3. Control Panel: The control panel is located at the top of the machine (as shown in the figure).

4. Door Opening: Single door opens from right to left.

5. Separator: Internally divided into four layers, with the bottom layer starting at 50mm; the remaining three layers are evenly distributed above, accompanied by four separator plates.

Section 2: High-Temperature Battery Test Chamber Temperature Control System

1. The temperature controller is a digital indicator (Taishong Instrument), featuring single-point temperature control, automatic calculation, simultaneous display of PV/SV, and key setting.

2. Timer Function: 0-9999 hours/minutes/seconds, temperature countdown timer; heating stops and an alarm prompts upon time expiration.

3. The thermocouple wire is Type (K).

Section 3: High-Temperature Battery Test Chamber Vacuum System

1. This unit uses high-density silicone sealing strips for door sealing, ensuring excellent overall sealing performance.

2. Utilize a Panasonic digital vacuum gauge to display the vacuum level inside the box.

3. Vacuum sensor type: Pressure sensor.

4. Vacuum Range: 0.0KPa to -100.0KPa

5. Vacuum Preservation Pressure Leak Rate: approximately 1.0 KPa per hour.

6. Vacuum control is automatic, stopping at the upper limit and starting below the lower limit, with a cyclic operation to maintain vacuum level.
