The cold and hot shock test chamber boasts an aesthetically pleasing design, a rational structure, advanced technology, and careful material selection. It features simple and convenient operation and reliable equipment performance.

2. The thermal shock test chamber is divided into three parts: high-temperature chamber, low-temperature chamber, and test chamber. It features a unique thermal insulation structure and heat/cool storage effects. During the test, the object under test remains stationary, and the cold and hot air pathways are switched to introduce cold and hot temperatures into the test area, achieving the purpose of cold and hot shock testing.

3. Equipped with advanced measurement devices, the controller features a large-color LCD human-machine interface with a touch-control dialogue, offering simple operation, easy learning, and stability. It displays the complete system operation status, execution, and setting program curves in both Chinese and English.

4. Featuring 96 independent test specifications, shock time of 999 hours and 59 minutes, and a cycle range of 1 to 999 times that can be set, the refrigeration machine can be automatically operated, greatly achieving automation and reducing the workload of operators. It can automatically start and stop working operations at any time.

5. The left side of the housing features a test hole with a diameter of 50mm, which is available for external power supply load wiring test components.

6. Features the ability to independently set three different conditions: high temperature, low temperature, and thermal shock. When executing thermal shock conditions, it offers the option to use a three-tank system and perform cold and hot shock functions, thereby possessing the capabilities of a high and low-temperature testing machine.

8. Advanced scientific air circulation design ensures uniform indoor temperatures and eliminates any dead corners. Comprehensive safety protection measures prevent potential hazards, guaranteeing the long-term reliability of the equipment.

9. Set automatic (manual) defrosting with adjustable cycles and defrosting intervals.

10. The air outlet and return air sensor detects and controls, with the wind door mechanism switching completed within 5 seconds, and the temperature recovery from cold and hot shock within 5 minutes.

When an abnormal condition occurs in the operating status display and curve display, the fault point, cause, and troubleshooting methods are immediately automatically displayed on the screen.

The refrigeration system employs a high-efficiency cascade low-temperature circuit design, with the refrigeration units utilizing original imported compressors from Europe and America. It also uses the green and environmentally friendly (HFC) refrigerant R404A, R23, which has an ozone depletion potential of zero.
