Large electric power battery vacuum box temperature control system:

1. The temperature controller is a digital display instrument (Taishong Instrument), featuring single-point temperature control, automatic calculation, simultaneous display of PV/SV, and key setting.

2. Timer Function: 0-9999 hours/minutes/seconds, temperature to countdown, heating stops upon time completion, with an alarm prompt.

3. The thermocouple wire is of type (K).

2. Utilize a Panasonic digital vacuum gauge to display the vacuum level inside the box.

4. Vacuum Range: 0.0KPa to -100.0KPa

5. Vacuum Preservation Pressure Leak Rate: Approximately 1.0 KPa per hour.

6. The vacuum control method is automatic, stopping at the upper limit, starting below the lower limit, and maintaining vacuum degree through cyclic operation.

8. Vacuum requirements: Vacuum first before heating; it is prohibited to vacuum after the internal temperature of the box exceeds 80 degrees.

9. Pressure Relief Method: Utilizes an electromagnetic valve for control; manual pressure relief is required when pressure relief is needed.
