One. Specifications and dimensions of low-pressure high-altitude test chamber:

1. Internal dimensions: 800 (width) × 800 (depth) × 800 (height) mm (customized for non-standard specifications)

2. External dimensions approx.: 1100 (width) × 1050 (depth) × 1680 (height) mm + 150mm casters; actual item measurement applies.

3. Control Panel: The control panel is located at the bottom of the machine (as shown in the figure).

4. Door Opening: Single door opens from right to left.

5. Partitioning: Internally divided into two layers, with a bottom layer of 50mm, and the remaining distance evenly divided; equipped with two partition boards.

6. Visual Window: Door with a visual window, size W350*H350mm.

7. Sealing material: High-temperature-resistant silicone strips.

8. The cabinet structure consists of: the lower section being the product chamber, and the upper section housing the electrical control box and vacuum pump installation.

Low-pressure High-altitude Test Chamber Temperature Control System:

1. The temperature controller is a digital indicator (Tai Song Indicator), featuring single-point temperature control, automatic calculation, simultaneous display of PV/SV, and key setting.

2. Timer Function: 0-9999 hours/minutes/seconds, temperature countdown timer; heating stops and an alarm提示 is triggered upon time completion.

3. The thermocouple wire is of type (K).

5. Current controller: SSR solid-state relay

6. Heating Method: Three-sided radiant heating (left, right, and bottom sides of the inner box wall)

7. Heating element: High-temperature-resistant stainless steel heating tube.

Section 3: Low-pressure High-altitude Test Chamber Vacuum System

1. The machine utilizes high-density silicone sealing strips for door sealing, ensuring excellent overall sealing performance.

2. Utilize a Panasonic digital vacuum gauge (negative pressure) to display the relative vacuum level inside the box.

3. Vacuum sensor: Automatic air pressure induction

4. Vacuum Range: 0.0KPa to -95.0KPa; vacuum levels vary by region.

5. Vacuum Pressure Leak Rate: Approximately 1.0 KPa per hour

6. The vacuum control method is automatic, stopping at the upper limit and starting below the lower limit, with a cyclic operation.

7. Test Low Pressure: At an altitude of 4,000 meters, the approximate pressure is 61.6KPa. The standard pressure is calculated as 101.3KPa - 61.6KPa = 39.7KPa. Set the vacuum gauge to -39.7KPa, with the set data representing the pressure extracted. The other parameters are set similarly using relative pressure calculations.

8. Pressure Control Accuracy: ±0.2 KPa (when ≤ 2 KPa), ±0.5 KPa (2 KPa to 40 KPa), ±2 KPa (40 KPa to 80 KPa)

9. Vacuum Pump Configuration: Goodkade YC0020 Direct Drive Vacuum Pump, Motor Power 220V/0.9KW; (As shown in the figure)

10. Dedicated vacuum pump exhaust unit; exhaust to the outdoors is the responsibility of the off-site party.
