Mechanical sheet metal structure

Airflow Circulation System
High-temperature-resistant long-axis motor paired with a powerful multi-blade impeller, forced horizontal air circulation: The air source is driven by the circulating motor to rotate the impeller, passing through the electric heater to deliver warm air into the oven interior. Post-use warm air is then drawn back into the duct to be reheated, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring uniform temperature inside the box. In case of disturbances caused by the door opening and closing actions, the air circulation system can quickly return to the operational temperature value, resulting in more even temperature distribution.
Thermal Control System
Programmable PID microcomputer automatically calculates PV/SV and simultaneously displays. Features programmable 16 segments and 8 different temperature zones. Allows for free setting of the desired temperature within the machine's temperature range according to personal preference. Accuracy in temperature control is ensured through PID parameter settings within the table, or the system can self-calculate appropriate temperature control parameters internally.
Timer: With a 9999 digital setting, digital display, and temperature timing, power cutoff and alarm at time's end
