I. Application Scope of High-Temperature Test Chambers: Industries

Guangdong Hongjun Instrument Equipment Co., Ltd.'s HJ/CQ series testing equipment is used for testing the heat, cold resistance, high-temperature resistance, and moisture resistance of various products and materials. Suitable for factories producing electronics, silicon chips, batteries, photovoltaic components, electrical appliances, food, vehicles, metals, chemicals, laptops, LEDs, 5G, mobile phones, communications, aerospace, aviation, semiconductors, chips, diodes, transistors, automotive parts, new energy, lithium batteries, building materials, etc., as well as for production workshops, laboratories, and scientific research units to conduct temperature and humidity environment tests on finished products and semi-finished products. II. High-Temperature Test Chamber Specifications:

1. Internal dimensions: 600mm (width) x 600mm (depth) x 600mm (height); (Custom made for non-standard specifications!)

2. External dimensions approx.: 900 (width) × 830 (depth) × 1520 (height) mm; actual item measurement applies.

3. Cabinet Structure: Integrated design, vacuum pump located at the bottom of the machine.

4. Partition: Internally divided into two layers, with two stainless steel mesh plates that can be moved and removed.

Section 3: High-Temperature Test Chamber Temperature Control System

2. Timer Function: Equipped with an Omron timer, heating and vacuum extraction will stop automatically upon completion, with an alarm to notify.

Section 4: High-Temperature Test Chamber Vacuum System

1. Door Sealing Method: The machine door is sealed with a high-density silicone seal strip.

2. Vacuum Display Method: Vacuum gauge for vacuum level indication.

3. The vacuum control method is: automatic control. The vacuum pump stops working when the vacuum reaches the set value, automatically replenishes vacuum when it falls below the upper limit, and cycles this process to maintain a constant vacuum state.

4. Pressure Relief Method: After testing, manually initiate the pressure relief function for pressure release, controlled by an electromagnetic valve.

5. Machine vacuum range: ≤1.0×10^5 to 1.0×10^1 (Pa), [i.e., 10 Pa]

10. Vacuum Control Valve: Equipped with KF40 flange high vacuum differential pressure valve with filling pressure.

11. Vacuum Pump Configuration: Dual-stage direct-connected oil pump used.

12. Vacuum Level Display: Utilizes a resistance vacuum gauge to display the vacuum level, with the display format in scientific notation.

V. Nitrogen Filling Device for High-Temperature Test Chambers

1. Pressure Regulator: Controls nitrogen pressure, adjusting it to approximately 2-3 kg under normal operation.

2. Flowmeter: Controls the size of nitrogen entering the box, with a range of 10L/min to 60L/min.

3. Nitrogen-filled pipeline: The nitrogen pipeline enters the box from the back, with an external 2-meter long 8mm air tube.

4. Nitrogen inflation port: One nitrogen port inflates into the box.

5. Nitrogen Source: The client company shall provide the nitrogen source.
