1. Key Features:瀚狄 automatic eye washers are made of authentic 304 stainless steel with nickel content exceeding 8%. Standard configuration includes resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and other corrosive substances. The fully automatic drain system is activated by foot pedal, where the eye washer automatically dispenses water. After use, removing the foot from the pedal automatically closes the water outlet valve. It also allows for the direct draining of any remaining water in the entire eye wash system pipeline, preventing freezing. No additional steps are needed to open the drain valve, offering convenience and ease of use.

Usage Instructions:
1..Eye Wash Station Features:Primarily divided into two main functions: showering and eye washing.
1.1Shower Feature:Pull down the shower ball valve; water should come out within 1 second for quick rinsing of acidic, alkaline, salt, and other toxic substances splashed onto the injured person. After use, close the valve to reset and automatically drain the water from the pipe.
 
1.2Eye Wash Feature:Push the push plate, the eye wash nozzle starts to spray water within 1 second, with the water emerging in a bubble-like, gentle embrace (the two water streams merge at the bridge of the nose), quickly rinsing toxic and harmful substances from the eyes and face. After use, close the valve to reset and automatically drain the water remaining in the tube.
 
Eye Wash Station Compliance Standards
ANSI Z358.1-2009
1.1Standard water pressure (0.25 Mpa) with a shower flow rate of ≥ 75.7 L/min, continuous showering for more than 15 minutes.
1.2The shower basin should be between 2083-2438mm from the ground level.
1.3The height of the water spray from the showerhead is between 2083-2438mm from the ground, and the center of the spray range should be 406mm away from any obstacle.
1.4At a horizontal plane 1524mm above the ground, the diameter of the spray is ≥ Φ508mm.
1.5The distance from the handle of the ball valve to the standing plane of the user should not exceed 1733mm (69 inches).
1.6Eye wash water flow rate ≥ 11.4 L/min under standard water pressure, with continuous flushing for more than 15 minutes.
1.7Eye wash flow rate is 1.5L/min, continuous flushing for 15 minutes (for portable eyewash units, etc.).
1.8The eye wash nozzle height is between 838-1143mm from the ground, and the distance from the eye wash head to the obstacle (distance from the main pipeline) is 150mm.
1.9Two eye wash nozzles should be spaced 101.6mm apart, and the parallel lines to the center should be evenly spaced (symmetrically centered).
1.10The flush height is 203mm (8 inches) from the eye wash nozzle.
