2. Material: Main body made of 304 stainless steel, tube wall thickness of 3MM, pipe fittings with national standard threads.
3. Eye Wash Station: Push the handle to activate, the eye wash solution in a mist form is released within 1 second. The water height and angle are designed in proportion to the human face. The flow rate of the eye wash is adjustable at 12-18L/min. Operating pressure: 0.25-0.4MPA.

Instructions for Use:
1..Eye Wash Station Features:Primarily divided into two major functions: shower and eye wash.
1.1Shower Feature:Pull down the shower rod and water will come out within 1 second, quickly rinsing off acidic, alkaline, salt, and other toxic substances splashed onto the injured person. After use, push the rod up to reset and close the valve.
 
1.2Eye Wash Feature:Push the hand push plate, the eye wash nozzle will start to supply water within 1 second, releasing bubbles and a gentle, embracing stream (the two water columns converge at the bridge of the nose), rapidly rinsing away toxic and harmful substances from the eyes and face.
 
Eye Wash Station Compliance Standards
ASTM F358.1-2009
1.1Standard water pressure (0.25 Mpa) with a spray flow rate of ≥ 75.7 L/min, continuous spray for more than 15 minutes.
1.2The height of the shower basin from the ground should be between 2083-2438mm.
1.3The height of the water spray from the showerhead is between 2083-2438mm above the ground. The center of the spray range should be 406mm away from any obstacle.
1.4At a horizontal plane 1524mm above the ground, the diameter of the spray of water ≥ Φ508mm.
1.5The distance from the ball valve's handle to the standing plane of the user should not exceed 1733mm (69 inches).
1.6Eye wash water flow rate ≥ 11.4 L/min under standard water pressure, with continuous flushing for more than 15 minutes.
1.7Eye wash flow rate: 1.5 L/min, continuous rinse for 15 minutes (handheld eyewash units, etc.).
1.8The eye wash nozzle is positioned between 838-1143mm above the ground, and the distance from the eye wash head to the obstacle (distance from the main pipeline) is 150mm.
1.9Two eye wash nozzles should be 101.6mm apart, and the parallel lines to the center should be equidistant (centrally symmetrical).
1.10The flushing height is 203mm (8 inches) from the eye wash nozzle.
1.11Eye wash units can activate both the eye wash and shower valves within one second.
