This is what our industry calls the cleaning rate, which is an indicator of cleaning performance. It's the standard by which we determine if the washed fabric is clean. Let's discuss the factors that affect cleaning effectiveness.

    To analyze the cleaning effectiveness, one must start with the purpose and method of washing. The aim of washing is to remove contaminants and attempt to restore the original color or clarity. Since there are many types of dirt, some dissolve in water, some in organic solvents, some in other solvents, and some do not dissolve at all, the cleaning effect is often not satisfactory. Clearly, when the texture of the fabric varies, the nature of the contamination source and its degree, as well as the duration of contamination, differ. This requires different cleaning processes. Cleaning effectiveness is determined by analyzing factors affecting cleanliness. We find that the drum is the main component affecting cleaning rate, primarily in terms of the ratio of drum length to diameter, the height of the fins, and process parameters. Selection is mainly based on washing speed and filling coefficient. The filling coefficient has a significant impact on cleaning rate. Since this index is not a fixed value, some manufacturers do not advertise the effect of this coefficient but instead use the rated washing load as the nominal value.
