Discussing the Calibration of Laundry Equipment

The efficiency of industrial laundry equipment is not only related to the quality of the equipment but also closely tied to its installation and tuning.

6. Manage the control door and, while shutting off the supply of chilled water, hot water, softened water, and base steam from the source supply network, inspect the operational status of the equipment's water and steam automatic control systems; then, open the energy supply network.

Open the automatic water inlet control valve of the laundry equipment, check the water level display status, close the water inlet once the water level is reached, and inspect the industrial washing machine's in and out water pipes for leaks. 8. Open the steam supply valve, check the sealing condition, turn on the low speed, and then inspect the washing and reverse operation status of the laundry equipment, as well as the temperature display.

9. When the water temperature inside the machine is slightly higher than the ambient temperature, disconnect the steam source and open the drain valve. 10. As the water level in the washing machine approaches empty, turn on the spin cycle to observe any changes in the drum rotation. When the drum reaches high spin speed, it can be used to utilize the water and air resources of the industrial washing machine. To clean any oil stains that may be present in the drum, add 260 milliliters of detergent appropriately during the unloaded debugging period.
